Managing Depression, one tool at a time 
 
This group will focus on gaining skills and tools in managing depression. We will focus on boundaries, starting in our bodies, with ourselves and then with others. We will use light movement, art and social support to navigate learning more about what builds us up and supports us in times of depression. By the end of this group you should be able to identify depression triggers and symptoms and have solid support systems in place to help you through times of depression. 
 
 
Navigating the nervous system
 
Come learn about your nervous system and how it relates to your emotional regulation and mental health. We will use simple movement, art and social support to navigate nervous system regulation. We will draw from the polyval theory in our work to gain more skills and understanding around the nervous system. By the end of the group you should be able to recognize triggers in your body and how to navigate them in a healthy and sustainable way.
