Raegan Stiebel is licensed in Utah as a Clinical Social Worker
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that with the right tools and support, people can build resilience and create healthier, more fulfilling lives. I’m passionate about supporting both individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges, helping them to better understand their experiences, responses, and behaviors in order to foster meaningful change.
I believe that as everyone has a unique set of needs, therapy should be customized to the individual rather than a one size fits all approach. To that end, I draw from evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I’m also Gottman trained to better assist those searching for couples therapy, and have specialized experience working with Borderline Personality Disorder, trauma, Bipolar Disorder, and Substance Abuse.
