I view the therapeutic process as collaborative and centered around you as the expert on your own experience. My role is to offer an alternative perspective, a toolbox of ideas and strategies, and unconditional support. The work of reconnecting to meaning in your life, healing from trauma, or repairing a relationship is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, therapy needs to be based on what works for you in your world. I am trained in EMDR, ACT, CBT, CPT, and other evidence-based approaches that I want to help apply to your unique needs and situation.
