I integrate evidence-based modalities to support measurable progress, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and the Gottman Method.
