Joshua Bell has worked in education for the past 21 years. For the past 16 years, Joshua has served as a school principal.  Joshua has worked throughout the education spectrum from early childhood education to elementary school, middle school, high school and post-secondary training. Joshua is passionate about helping all students, especially those working through difficult circumstances.  Joshua is currently the Principal of George Washington High School, Youthbuild Director and Ogden School District’s Adult Education Director. Joshua has integrated both Facial Action Coding as well as Motivational Interviewing into the fundamental practices of the programs he manages.  As a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers, Joshua believe Motivational Interviewing is a critical tool in helping to serve students in need
