I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and therapy can be a place where we slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what’s happening in your life. Together, we can explore what matters most to you, recognize the strengths you already carry, and discover a way forward that feels right for you.
I welcome the opportunity to work alongside individuals navigating grief, loss, life transitions, aging, perimenopause and menopause, as well as children, families, and couples seeking greater connection and understanding. I also welcome those experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what comes next. We’ll draw on approaches that best support your needs and goals, including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and attachment-based therapy. I also draw inspiration from Kim John Payne’s work in Simplicity Parenting, partnering with families to find more calm, connection, and rhythm in daily life.
My hope is that our work together offers a space where you feel supported as you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, reconnect with what matters most, and find ways forward that feel right for you.
