I love helping individuals learn more about themselves and their potential to take on any
challenge in life. I hope to create a space where you can share your vulnerabilities through
offering non-judgement, compassion, curiosity, and care. Together, we can build a strong
therapeutic relationship to help identify your goals and to help you work towards living the life
you want to.
 
My passions and practice include working with individuals from all walks of life especially
children, adolescents, and emerging adults who are struggling with Obsessive Compulsive
Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, life transitions, and Trauma.  I am a Certified Social Worker who
is well versed in evidenced based practices such as Exposure Response Prevention Therapy,
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
