Everyone comes to therapy for different reasons and in different places in their life. My goal is to provide a welcoming, non-judgmental, and supportive space to my clients that allows for the creation of a healthy therapeutic relationship. I work with adolescents, adults and couples who are struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, bipolar, trauma, OCD, and borderline personality disorder (BPD).
As each person has unique needs and goals, I offer a customized approach that utilizes a combination of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to best assist each client in their journey.
